Video Zoom 2 Updated to support iPhone 5 and iPod touch 5g

[] New Delhi, India – The most popular Video Zoom 2 app by Mirage Labs has been updated to include support for latest line of iOS devices with 4 inch retina display, namely iPhone 5 and iPod touch 5g. The update fully leverages faster processing capabilities on the dual core devices like iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, fifth generation iPod touch, iPad 2, and the new iPad to provide smooth 1080p video recording@30 fps with real time 4x digital zoom.

“The powerful A5 & A6 SoC present in iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 enable us to process video frames with 4x real time zoom at full 1080p resolution without any compromise in frame rate”, says Deepak Sharma, developer of the app.

Video Zoom was the first app that brought Zoom capability to iPhone 3GS in the year 2009. Continuing with the legacy of innovation by adding new features and garnering the love and affection of it’s legions of users, the developers have continued to work hard every time incorporating the capabilities offered by latest line of hardware and iOS version since the past three years.

In addition, the new update is significant for improved reliability. The update ensures that recordings are never lost in case of any interruptions while recording, like phone call coming in between. Older devices like iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPod touch 4G can still record with zoom in real time but need an additional rendering pass to ensure smoothness.
