October 2020, The Infinity School, Greater Noida West. The Infinity School is the youngest contender among the best schools in Greater Noida to occupy the top five rankings in the Times School survey- an annual survey involving feedback, perceptual & experiential inputs from students, parents & teachers of different schools in Noida Extension.
The future of education, in today’s time, lies in curiosity-driven, experience-based personalised learning approaches; required to fulfil each student’s unique interests, capabilities, and requirements. The Infinity School is one of the firsts to consider the need for personalised interventions, which they ensure through smaller class sizes, having two teachers in each class, differentiated learning activities & assignments, and regular structured feedback for students. It is the first school in Greater Noida West to have the lowest student-teacher ratio (10:1 for gr. pre-nursery to 1, 15:1 for gr. 2 to 5 & up to 12 students in an online class).
The fourth industrial revolution demands that younger generations should imbibe & practise a wide range of 21st-century skills (e.g., creativity, critical thinking, reasoning & analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, etc.,) to ensure socio-economic development and overcome the unimaginable challenges of the fast-changing world. The Infinity School ensures the development of higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) in students with its unique thinking curriculum, and an award-winning activity-based learning programme, robotics & STEAM, implemented in association with their academic partners Chrysalis and Konshius.
The school has a separate, extensive & structured curriculum for sports (implemented in association with LaLiga Football Schools India, Prakash Padukone Badminton Schools & IoT) and performing arts, especially classical music (implemented in association with Sangeet4All academy). The Infinity School is one of the pioneer schools in Noida Extension to focus on early literacy, reading comprehension & communication skills. They have a 26 levelled international reading programme (starting from kindergarten), delivered via personal classroom libraries, for strengthening reading comprehension skills in children.
The results of the Times School Survey 2020 have inspired the educators & students to go that extra mile for accomplishing their learning goals, and the school management to continue implementing new & innovative initiatives to take learning beyond the classrooms.
