[prMac.com] Reston, Virginia – Software and Computer Systems Company, LLC (SCSC) is thrilled to announce a week long sale on all available packages of Scannerz with FSE or FSE-Lite, and Scannerz Lite for the Mac OS X operating system. The sale will begin on February 12, 2013 and end at midnight on February 19, 2013. Every package combination will be discounted by 20% during this time.
“We thought right now would be a good time to offer a discount for several reasons,” stated an SCSC spokesman. “With our recent introduction of full support for CoreStorage technology and extended support for both hardware and software implementations of RAID, we thought the price reduction might be enough to get potential customers to take a better look at all of our products. With other drive testing tools costing in the vicinity of $100, our new discounted pricing will allow users to obtain a high quality drive testing product without spending a fortune. It hardly makes sense to us to spend twice as much on a drive testing tool as it does to get a new hard drive.”
“We’ve upgraded the videos on our web site to make it clear just how easy it is to perform a test on a drive and its components without being a rocket scientist. We now have a newer video which illustrates Scannerz more advanced features as well and a newly released video illustrating Scannerz detecting cable faults in an external hard drive. Scannerz is the only product on the market capable of this type of fault detection, and hopefully people will realize that Scannerz is capable of out performing any other drive testing product on the market when it comes to detecting problems with the drive or its associated system components.”
SCSC has indicated that this pricing will be in effect only until February 19, 2013.
The discounted pricing for the products will be as follows:
* Scannerz with FSE will be reduced to $35.96
* Scannerz with FSE-Lite will be reduced to $27.96
* Scannerz Lite will be reduced to $14.36Software and Computer Systems Company
