[prMac.com] Orlando, Florida – Minds Aspire today is pleased to announce Gym Log+ 1.2, its easy to use exercise app that allows users to quickly log their workouts, create exercise routines, and view instructions and pictures of nearly 200 different exercises. Making it simpler than ever to stay in shape, Gym Log+ comes with six challenging workout routines, as well as features that allow users to create their own routines. Duration, repetitions, weight size, and timer information for each workout make it easy for users to keep track of previous workouts as well as view progress on current workouts.
A menu at the bottom of the screen makes Gym Log+ simple to navigate. There are no useless features or graphics that bog down users; instead, users can easily switch between exercises with just the swipe of a finger. The Routines tab provides details on six workouts, including full body, back and biceps, chest and triceps, shoulders and abs, legs, and cardio. Within each workout are a variety of different exercises, such as dumbbell curls and sit-ups. Arrows allow users to navigate to a simple description and picture of each exercise, making it easy to learn and complete new exercises.
To log a specific exercise, users simply click on that exercise and add information on repetitions, weight, and duration. Timers are presented directly on the log page, allowing users to easily track rest times between workout sets. The split log view shows users which exercises they have completed that day, as well as previous workouts, making it simple for users to see their progress on one screen. The Activities tab presents an organized list of all completed workouts, organized by date. Each date includes information about different exercises, including repetitions and weights, giving users another way to keep track of their activities.
