Favors App Lets Anybody Issue Coupons for Apple’s Passbook

[prMac.com] Sandy, Utah – infiniteNIL today is thrilled to announce the release of Favors 1.0, a new iOS app that lets anybody issue coupons for Apple’s Passbook app. All you do to create a new coupon is fill in the fields such as who it’s from, the favor you owe, and who the coupon is for. You can also change the color of the coupon if you’d like.

After you create the coupon, you’re prompted to email it. When it arrives in the recipient’s email, they will see an icon for the coupon. They tap it and can add it to the Passbook. The coupon is also added to a list in Favors, so you track the coupons you have issued.

To redeem the coupon, the recipient simply shows the coupon to you, and you perform the action specified. The recipient deletes the coupon from their Passbook, and you delete the coupon from Favors.

Favors is quick and easy. It’s perfect for IOUs and gift coupons like you give your mother on their birthday promising a day free of chores, or an IOU you give to your buddy for that $5 you borrowed.
