[prMac.com] Sheffield, United Kingdom – misterSquare has released a free version of Crazy Seahorses for iOS, a humorous and colourful auto-scrolling action game inspired by the classic platforming genre. Crazy Seahorses features 8-stages of monkey spanking mayhem. The player assumes the role of Horace as he pursues his kidnapped friend and collects treasure along the way. As the player accumulates treasure they can unlock 5 additional seahorses and dress their steed with an assortment of costumes available from the in-game shop.
Open chests to gain super powers, including a rocket boost, inflatable horse and the occasional jockey! Level components are randomised so you never know what the game will throw at you next. Quick reactions are essential though the game offers a forgiving learning curve for young children and beginners, with enough challenge and content to satisfy veteran gamers alike. Crazy Seahorses condenses the experience of playing a fully-fledged platform game to a portable touch-screen device and is perfect for playing on the go.
Achievements available via Game Center are awarded for bashing 500 monkeys, near misses, and playing keepy uppy using the realistic crab physics!
Crash through caribbean huts and pirate ships with sophisticated 2D physics, knock down monkeys and blast debris to clear your path. Travel through environments brought to life by humorous, vibrant graphics and an infectious soundtrack from Satsuma Audio, Crazy Seahorses is the second release from misterSquare games.
Updates planned for the game include seasonal themes, additional costumes and characters to unlock and additional stages to provide players with fresh content and achievements. Jump your way to victory and hit as many monkeys as you can on the way!
